The following forms are available online for displaying and viewing the lists of Claims and Objections during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2026 of Electoral Rolls in Meghalaya.

👉 Form 9 – Inclusion of Name in the Electoral Roll
👉 Form 10 – Deletion of Name from the Electoral Roll
👉 Form 11 – Correction of Particulars in the Electoral Roll<
👉 Form 11A – Shifting of Residence from One Part to Another within the Assembly Constituency<
👉 Form 11B – Shifting of Residence from One Part to Another outside the Assembly Constituency

Press note: Publication of Draft Electoral Roll Under Special Intensive Revision (SIR), 2026

Press note regarding the Special Intensive Revision Enumeration Phase commenced on 30th June, 2026 in all 171 Polling Stations of all the 3 (three) Assembly Constituencies in South Garo Hills District and completed 100% digitisation on 29th July, 2026.
